Frequently asked
questions
How do we start a project?
We start with a discovery meeting to understand your needs. We then prepare a written quote covering the scope, schedule and price.
How is pricing set?
Every project is priced according to its scope. The quote states the scope, schedule and price clearly; if the scope changes, we agree a new plan with you first.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, or by credit card through iyzico. We never see or store your card details.
Who owns the source code?
Ownership of and rights to the source code are set out clearly in the contract before work begins.
Will our project information stay confidential?
Yes. If you wish, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before our first meeting.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We agree the scope of updates, maintenance and improvements with you in a separate support agreement.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Not always. We first assess your existing infrastructure and, where possible, connect new software to the systems you already have.
